You may apply to have garments returned in exchange for store credit, by emailing us with your order number and reason for return (email@example.com).
Store credit is valid for 3 months after original purchase date. All returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Refunds will only be provided if garments are deemed faulty. Both refunds and store credits will be provided after the garments have been received and deemed to be in their original condition.
Note the following exclusions:
- No returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty
- No returns or exchanges on international orders excluding New Zealand.
